TREE PLANTATION-
It is our goal to plant 5000 trees in coming 5 years and we have already started working on it by planting 1000 tress in Pimpri Jalsen and we are happy to say that all trees are growing day by day .
PAANI-FOUNDATION, PIMPRI JALSEN-
It is our duty to save earth, and from that view foundation had participated in the work of pani foundation in pimpri jalsen. Our team actually go there and do work with people hand-in-hand.
From this year foundation decided to donate free medicines to warkaris of Tukaram maharak palkhi in pune. We prepare medicine kit to about 300 patients and distributed them.
Foundation participated in PLASTIC-FREE-CAMPAGAIN at Sangvi. We distributed cotton bags free of cost in this campagaion.
Foundation had started the above programe both in rural and urban areas from this year. Our doctors team visit places and do free checkup of females from age groum 20 and above. We teach the SBE and do their screening and treat them accordingly. Till today we have checked 500 females out of which 2 were operated for cancer of breast through foundation by giving hem financial help and 4 were given treatment for lump in breast.
Our goal is to screen maximum females and make them aware of SBE technique, screen them, and treat them accordingly..
1) In the month of December, foundation took health camp at Sudumbare village at the request of Dr. Arvind B Telang Senior College, Akurdi. They have arranged NSS camp at sudumbare. Foundation checked 74 patients free of cost and distributed medicines.
In the same session, foundation fill up cancer awareness quientionare from students of the college and checked them for oral cancer and female students were taught about self breast exam and made them aware about it. About 51 patients have fill up the form and acknowledged.
Various health camps were arranged by foundation in year2017-2018 at different places.
On 30/4/17, Foundation took free health camp at Kusur, Tal Junner. There 57 patients were checked and given free medicines.
Foundation has arranged programme of felicitation of renowned teachers at pimpri jalsen by Dr. S N Pathan on 10/02/18 at pimpri Jalsen and in that program it was announced that from this year foundation has undertaken four villages namel, pimpri Jalsen, Chincholi, Sangvi Surya, and Ganji Bhoyare. Sarpanch of all these four villages were felicitated in this programme and our scheme Foundation will visit at all these four villages once in a month and will provide free consultation and medications to patients. For the year 2017-2018, Global Foundation took total 7 free health check campus in which 460 patients were given free treatment and screening of about 126 females were educated about breast cancer and their check up was done.
How to provide cost effective health care treatment to poor & needy people is the main hurdle in health care sector in India. Foundation conducted various camps in rural area since last 4 years but after long term follow up we noticed that only Solving acute problem will not help in long term. To overcome foundation decided to scrutinize the pt in health camp not only in Pimpri Jalsen but foundation decided to extends its activity in nearby villages also.
Following patients were treated in Global Hospital by giving financial help through our foundation.
For every person to develop, his teachers play key role in his life. It is job of the government & also non government organization to select such persons & felicitate them for their noble cause.
Whatever work done by foundation is influenced by the life of Dr. S. N. Pathan. Dr. P. b. Chavan played key role in development of Dr. S. N. Pathan as his teacher. Hence foundation decided to felicitate Dr. P. B. Chavan & his wife who is also teacher by profession on foundations day.
The programme was held in Pune University. Dr. Kadu Registrar of Pune University & Mangesh Karad from MIT was present for the function.
Book realeasing ceremony of Vedana & Prerana of Dr. S. N. Pathan at the hands of Hon. Shri. Balasaheb Vikhe Patil in Dnyaneshwar Sabhagruh, MIT, Pune. Dr. S. N. Pathan is the ideal person & inspiration for many youths who try to overcome all difficulties in their life. to guide such people his book is very inspirational, hence foundation conducted programe for the same.
In India about 65% of people stay in rural area. due to very fast migration in Urban area there is problems of employment in rural area. Agricultural output play key role in economical development of our country, but due to urbanization people don’t want to work in rural areas, especially in the field of farming. Hence skilled worker are not available to minimize this gap foundation started technical course in the field of agriculture at Pimpri Jalsen. Dr. Sarfaraj Pathan gave land on vary minimum rent for this noble workof the foundation.
To continue the work of communal harmony in rural area foundation decided to felicitate Dr. Vishwanath Karad for this tremendous work for Youth & Communal Harmony on foundation day. Dr. S. N. Pathan was chief guest for the function.
Every project which will be beneficial for the community must have active & volunteer participation of the community with tremendous enthusiasm & common interest .considering this, foundation decided to renovate masjid of Pimpri Jalsen & compound wall of Kabrasthan, Muslims in rural as well as Urban area are in bad condition. illiteracy ,unemployment are the root cause for the underdevelopment of Muslim population. To improve this condition, foundation decided to conduct one youth career guidance camp under guidance of Dr. S. N. Pathan in Pimpri Jalsen. about 200 Muslim youths were present for this from all nearby villages. Mr. Sameer Pathan played key role in gathering & organizing this activity.
Foundation got pan card number in this financial year & also working committee got extension to work for next financial year unanimously.
India is only country where there is unity in diversity. for further development of India Communal Harmony & Social place is very imp. foundation decided to publish book as “Communal Harmony & Social Peace” the felicitation volume of vice chancellor Dr. S. N. Pathan on his 60th Birthday at the hand of Hon. Shri. Bhujbal Saheb & Prof. V. D. Karad at Latur.
the money raised by this book will be used for the further development of foundation.
Youth empowerment is the most imp thing to be done for better tomorrow. Drug Addiction is the main hurdle in development of youth. hence foundation decided to educate the students regarding tobacco addiction. About 100 students from NSS Camp are given questionnaires regarding tobacco addiction & feedback taken by then regarding the same.
Health Camp & Cancer awareness program organized with the help of NSS Students from Telang College in Sadubare Village Health Check up & Awareness done is Telang College.
On occasions of 60th Birthday of Dr. S. N. Pathan Foundations decided to celebrate his birthday as foundation day of the NGO & hence function was conducted in Pimpri Jalsen. Chief Guest was Dr. Kamat Sir renowned person & social activist from Pune, who devoted his life for poor & needy person. Foundation distributed note books & felicitated students from 8th, 9th & 10th class.
Dr. S. N. Pathan, who is from Pimpri Jalsen completed his education from earn & learn scheme, became director of higher education & vice chancellor of RTM University Nagpur is first person to achieve all this from the Muslim Minority. Hence foundation felicitated him for these tremendous achievements.
Foundation also carried out cancer awareness program in community by displaying posters in Pimpri jalsen. New Sangvi &old Sangvi, circulated pamphlet creating awareness of the same.
Foundation arranged Senior Citizen Free Camp & Panchkarma Treatment in Jawalkar Nagar, Pimple Gurav. MLA Jagtap inaugurated the camp, about 100 people examined in the camp.
Young generation is back bone of our community. For young generation to have awareness about health, foundation organized Health Camp in Dr. Telang Science & Commerce College, Akurdi.
For the Upliftment of Muslim Community Muslim Community is very backward .illiteracy & poverty are the root cause for their social backwardness. Foundation noticed that even though poor people from community spending plenty of money in their marriages. Most of the time they took bank loans, personal loans for that purpose. to find some way out of this, foundation helped financially to peoples who are ready to do marriage in comunity wedding event held in village Nighoz.
It was observed that there is need to work in rural area especially in health sector hence organization decided to start some ground level work in rural area. Dr. S. N. Pathan, who is motivational force for the foundation is from very remote place named Pimpri Jalsen, Tal : Parner, Dist : A’Nagar. Hence foundation decided to start its work in pimpri Jalsen itself.
To start with, foundation decided to start “Matruseva Clinic" which will be run by Dr. S. S. Pathan & his team at every 3rd Sunday of the month. Dr. S. N. Pathan provided place for clinic free of cost. Health Camp was conducted in pimpri jalsen .About 200 patients were examined & medicines are given to them free of cost.
On occasion of Birthday of Dr. S. N. Pathan, foundation decided to felicitate brilliant students for the School of Std. 8-9 & 10th at the hands of Dr. S. N. Pathan & Gulabrao Shelake
Foundation decided to felicitate renowned Dr vetal who is working for the poor people by devoting his whole life and giving them medical services nearly at free of cost. He runs his OPD till 3 am midnights since last 25 years. Most of his patients are from labor class. Foundation organized special program to felicitate him at the hands of Dr. Shriram Lagu, renowned Marathi actor. Dr. S. N. Pathan, Vice. Chancellor. Nagpur University Presided over the function while Mr. Gulabraoji Shelke was Chief Guest for the same.

Breast cancer screening and awareness camp taken at symbiosis college Kiwale , about 60 females were screened and given treatment accordingly on ocassion of international women's day

He is running his OPD in Guruwar Peth from evening till 3 am because patients of daily wedge cannot go to clinic in regular standard time. Foundation organized special program to felicitate him at the hands of Dr. Shriram Lagu, renowned Marathi actor, Dr. S. N. Pathan, Vice. Chancellor. Nagpur University Presided over the function while Mr. Gulabraoji Shelke, Founder chairman of Mahanagar bank was Chief Guest for the same.
